1. Red brass – alloys of copper and tin, zinc and lead
- RG-5 (P.CuSn5Pb5Zn5)
Alloy with good pourability, appropriate for soldering and brazing, resistant to seawater.
It is recommended for armature housings for water and steam up to 2250, loaded pump housings, complicated castings with thin walls, parts in the form of profiles and pipes, less loaded bearings and sliding bands with insufficient lubrication, bushings...
- RG-7 (P.CuSn7Pb7Zn3)
Medium hard alloy, corrosion and seawater resistant. It has good sliding properties in hard working conditions. It is recommended for axle boxes, plain bearings for general machine-building industry, medium loaded plates, ship axis casings, medium loaded communicating castings...
- RG-10 (P.CuSn10Zn2)
Seawater resistant alloy.
It is recommended for loaded sliding parts, roller coating in paper industry and so on.
2. Tin bronze – alloy of copper and tin
- GBz-10 (P.CuSn10)
This alloy has good constructive properties, it is corrosion and seawater resistant.
It is recommended for armatures and pump housings, bushings, bands and parts in the form of pipes, supports, loaded matrix and so on.
- GBz-12 (P.CuSn12)
Wear resistant and corrosion and seawater resistant alloy.
It is recommended for very loaded plain bearings, cylinder inserts, bands and constructive parts in the form of pipes.
- GBz-14 (P.CuSn14)
This alloy has high corrosion and seawater resistance.
It is recommended for very loaded plain bearings and sliding plates.
3. Aluminium bronze – alloys of copper and aluminium
- CuAl9Ni (P.CuAl9Ni)
Corrosion resistant alloy.
It is recommended for parts in chemical and food industry, for armatures and so on.
- CuAl10Ni (P.CuAl10Fe5Ni5)
Alloy which is consistent in cold and hot seawater, vibration and corrosion resistant.
It is recommended for very loaded parts for steam fittings, parts in petrochemistry, ship propellers, gear wheels, pump housings and so on.
- CuAl11Ni (P.CuAl11Fe6Ni6)
Alloy which is consistent in cold and hot seawater, vibration and corrosion resistant. With good lubrication it can be very loaded. It is recommended for parts which are used in hydraulics.
4. Brass – alloy of copper and zinc
- CuZn15 do CuZn40Pb
Corrosion resistant alloys, they are appropriate for soldering and have good electrical conductivity.
They are used for armatures and for general use.
5. Aluminium – alloys of aluminium
- AlSi12
Alloy for general use, for production of castings with thin walls, vibrations resistant castings, atmosphere resistant castings, castings with good pourability and weldability.
- AlSi12Cu
Alloy for general use, for production of castings with thin walls, vibrations resistant castings, castings with good pourability and weldability, impermeable to fluid.
- AlSi10Mg
Alloy for general use, atmosphere and saltwater resistant, it has good strenght. It is used for motor housings.
- AlSi9Cu3
Alloy for multiple use, it has good strenght in heated conditions, good machinability and weldability, medium resistant to atmosphere, non-resistant to seawater.
- AlSi6Cu4
Alloy for multiple use, it has good strenght in heated conditions, good machinability and weldability, non-resistant to seawater.
