The family-run company RS Metali
d.d. /j.s.c./ has been developing and
nurturing a tradition in casting metal products for more than 80 years. We
manufacture casting made from grey, nodular and vermicular iron, together with
castings made from non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and various types of
bronze and brass in three manufacturing plants - SAMOBORMETAL in Sveta Nedelja, RAPID in
Virovitica and LJEVAONICA BJELOVAR in Bjelovar.
The total capacity of all plants amounts to approximately 12,000 tonnes of
castings per annum, and we export about 85% of our products to the market of
the European Union, as well as to other countries.
Owing to continuous investment, today we have a modern toolroom and machine
processing with state-of-the-art equipment, which allows us to quickly and
accurately manufacture models of high quality according to designs or samples.
This enables us to completely satisfy all the needs of our partners, regardless
of whether it comes to the individual or serial production of castings.
Our modern plant for machine moulding with automatic sand preparation,
shell-mould casting machines and machines for cleaning - shot blasting castings
all enable us to manufacture various castings that meet the needs of our
buyers, regardless of whether it comes to large-scale or individual production.
The entire manufacturing process is controlled by all the prescribed tests,
performed in a fully-equipped laboratory for testing chemical and mechanical
properties.
Our team of experienced casters and continuous investment in new,
state-of-the-art machinery and equipment help us achieve a high quality of
production, competitive prices and punctuality of delivery.
The consistent quality of our range of products is ensured by controlling
all incoming raw materials and the final products themselves in accordance with the quality management system HRN EN
ISO 9001:2002.
In addition to all of the aforementioned, we also
hold the certificates ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and a certificate from the
Croatian Register of Shipping - Approved manufacturer of castings made from
non-ferrous metals and grey and nodular iron.
